Goal for August!!!

Well I had to stop in and give a final report on my weightloss up to date. I am so excited to be in the 220's but I don't plan on staying here for very long. As of this morning I 228.8 and I couldn't be more thrilled. So I'm down a total of 21.8 lbs and on my way to 200. My son David has his mission call and goes into the MTC on the 8th of October. I'm going to be below 200 before he goes!!!

So now it's time to set a new goal... because they say if you don't write it down that it's only a wish. So my goal this month is to get lower than I did two years ago. My lowest 2 years ago was 215. So I've set my goal at 213!!! So I will be thrilled with anything less than that. I'm not sure I will loose as fast this month but who knows... maybe I can make it to 210!!! That would be so awesome but I'll take whatever the Lord is willing to give me.
